Doors are open for shoppers from 7am-1pm.
We have more than 120 booths full of unique treasures.

You may fill out the form below and pay online, or you may print the Vendor Information Form shown at the bottom of the page and mail with your check in the amount of $25.00 to the address shown above.

BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION: Reservations are accepted on a first-received basis and will be returned if all booths are filled when request is received and paid for. Booths must be paid by the 25th of the previous month or will be subject to re-sale. No payments will be accepted on the day of the event. Booths are accepted and assigned on a month-to-month basis; no reservations for future dates will be accepted.
PREPAYMENTS FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
*Flea Market Rules & Regulations*
1. Monthly booth rent is $25 and must be paid in advance, but no more than one month in advance will be accepted. NO REFUNDS OR ROLLOVER OF FEES FOR FUTURE FLEA MARKETS. Rent may be paid online by PayPal (fees applied), by check or by cash. Booth rental fees must be prepaid in order to guarantee your space.
2. CANCELLATIONS BY VENDORS: Notice of cancellation must be received by management no later than noon on the Monday prior to the event. In the event of an emergency, vendors should notify management as soon as possible. Only a legitimate emergency will be given a refund. No shows and cancellations will NOT be given a refund or rollovers!
3. INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations due to weather will be determined by the management no later than noon the Friday before Flea Market. The Flea Market will not be rescheduled for that month. Payments will roll over to the next month. There will be no refund of rental fees!
4. SETUP: Buildings will be open for setup from 1:30-7:00 pm on the Friday prior to the Flea Market.
5. OPERATION AND BREAKDOWN HOURS: Monthly Flea Market Operation hours are from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm during the summer and from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm during the winter. The Flea Market will be held on the first Saturday of each month. Vendors shall NOT breakdown their booths prior to 1:00 pm. Breakdown time is from 1:00- 3:00 pm on the day of the Flea Market. Early breakdown without permission from management may result in vendors losing their space for future Flea Markets. 6. MAINTENANCE OF BOOTH SPACE: Vendors are responsible for maintaining their booth space in a clean and attractive manner. Vendors MUST PROVIDE TABLE COVERINGS to contain spills and avoid damage to tables. Failure to leave booth space clean, including floor space, may result in vendors losing their space for future Flea Markets and a damage fee accessed. Note: As a safety measure, any broken glass must be placed into outdoor dumpsters by the vendor. PLEASE do not place them in indoor trash receptacles. Smoky Mountain Event Center shall not be held liable for missing items. ALL VENDOR GARBAGE NEEDS TO GO TO OUTSIDE DUMPSTER!!
7. PETS: No pets/animals of any kind will be allowed in the buildings for any reason, with the exception of clearly identifiable service animals.
8. RAFFLES AND SOLICITATIONS: Soliciting, walking sales, free giveaways, drawings, survey, opinion polls, raffles and petitions are not allowed without the express permission of management.
9. PLANTS, RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: Potted plants, raw fruits and vegetables can create significant dirt and debris. Extra care, including table and floor coverings must be used by vendors to contain this debris. Failure to leave space clean may result in vendors losing their space for future events and a cleanup fee.
10. SALE OF LARGE PLANTS OR ANIMALS: Large plants, shrubbery, bedding plants, Christmas trees, wreaths, and similar items may be sold by purchasing space in the Burley Barn or outside of the buildings. The sale of animals of any kind is prohibited.
11. BANNED ITEMS: The following items, including, but not limited to: alcohol (including beer), guns, ammunition, explosive materials, dangerous, flammable or toxic substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, offensive, pornographic or x rated material, outdated or questionable pharmaceutical items, any item that may present a public hazard, or any other illegal items are banned.
12. SECURITY: Security of booth contents is the sole responsibility of each vendor. Smoky Mountain Event Center holds no liability for loss or damage to items.
13. VENDOR TAX LIABILITY / INSURANCE: Vendors are responsible for complying with North Carolina Sales and Use Tax Law. Vendors shall comply with all applicable city, county, state & federal laws & hold all required permits and / or licenses. SMEC shall not be responsible or liable to any vendor or his/her property from water, fire, explosion, theft, or whatsoever, including acts of God; nor responsible for any liability arising out of negligent acts of its vendors or their employees. Vendor information may be released to state or federal tax agencies upon request from that entity.
14. FINAL AUTHORITY: SMOKY MOUNTAIN EVENT CENTER MANAGEMENT is the final authority for administering these Rules of Use in determining what can and cannot be sold at Flea Market events.
15. CONDUCT: Vendors must conduct themselves in a courteous & professional manner. Children must be kept under control of their parents or guardians at all times.
16. All vendors are required to agree to Flea Market Rules and Regulations when booking a vendor booth.
